Forward seeking in rise

I'm having problems with disabling forward seeking on my videos in rise. When I went to edit -> settings -> and unticked the box, this worked in the past. Oddly enough, the settings option wh...
I have the same issue, but do not see any settings option. Here's an example of what I'm finding:

As Phil said the settings are now on the right-hand side (as shown below).
Click on Design.
Then select the state for the video seeking checkbox.
