Fonts not rendering correctly after recent updates

I have a Rise course that has been in development for a few months now. We have selected Montserrat (headers) and OpenSans (body). Everything has been working fine up until July 20th.  Now I have ONE Statement Block D layout that will NOT take the font. It keeps rendering in a serif font although the text in the editor shows correctly and all other blocks are following selected fonts. I've deleted the block, recreated it, pasted from word, removed all formatting, basically everything. Again, was fine in the editor and review site publish PRIOR to July 20th. Examples of before and after attached. Any ideas? Is this a bug after the 20th update?

I have the same problem with Statement D. Just since the update yesterday.

I have had a similar issue with Statement B, also since yesterday. Thank you for looking into it.

  • Great news! I'm happy to let you know that the issue with the incorrect fonts in Statement B and Statement D blocks has been fixed.

There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to export your Rise 360 course again to reflect the changes in your web server or LMS.

If you have any questions about this, please let me know.
