Experiencing Crash When Adding Conditions to Object Triggers
Hello everyone! Wondering if anyone has experienced this issue before and if so, have any recommendations to fix it.
When I try to select "Object" in the Condition field in the Trigger Wizard, I get an error message that says that something went wrong with Articulate and asks me to submit what happened when the crash happened. Sometimes the program crashes entirely, sometimes the Trigger Wizard won't go away.
I'm wondering if I need to uninstall and reinstall the program or if there are any other recommended fixes.

I have got the same issue. So much for adding interactive elements to my course :/
Mine happens on two different devices so I'm not sure if uninstalling would make any difference.

I am also am having this issue. My co-worker has had this issue for over a year and was unable to resolve it. For me, it just started happening and I've opened a support case. I have found a work-around. If I use my arrow keys to select "object", I can create the trigger and avoid the error message and the subsequent crash. IT is very frustrating though if I forget about the bug and lose work in the process.

I have a quick question! Have you tried a repair of Storyline 360, as my colleague Joe mentioned to Emily and Isabelle?

Additionally, do you happen to have a case number for your open support case? I'm not seeing the case on our end and wanted to be sure you were able to get in touch with our Support Engineer Staff.

I have same issue. Storyline crashed on select "Object" in the Condition field in the Trigger Wizard.
*If use arrow key and keyboard option then works but mouse click not working
One of my team member can access that file and use all features but on my system it is not working. I have reinstalled articulate storyline and still issue it not fixed. I have windows 10.

I'm happy to help troubleshoot. We can start by checking if you're working on your local drive; working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior. If the problem still happens, try running these steps to repair Storyline if you haven't already. This involves extra steps and not just a reinstall.
