Error When Trying to Publish SL Learn

Hello,

I'm trying to publish a project in Storyline Learn and it keeps saying, "There was an error publishing your course to Review 360.  Please check your internet connections and try again."

My internet connection is fine.  I was able to publish one version, but I need to publish an updated version and now it keeps giving me the error message.  I turned my machine off, loaded updates, etc., but to no avail.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

    Hello Chaunte, I guess there might be an issue with the file after the updates were done in the file. I suggest to make the same updates by taking a copy of an original file and see if you were able to replicate the same issue while publishing the SL file. 

    Also, would you mind sharing your project file here?

    Hi Chaunte,

    I agree with Sandeep's suggestions. If you want us to look at the Storyline file, you can also share it privately through a support case if that works better for you.
