Emphasis animation bug
When I close the file and reopen it. The Emphasis animation looses its animation type selected. (pulse)

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
As Ron shared, the issue that was causing this behavior was resolved in update 3.85.31840.0 of Storyline 360.
