Dropdowns don't work on Android phone
Hello there,
I have developed a course in Storyline 360 that uses a matching drop-down graded question (https://articulate.com/support/article/Storyline-Question-Types). Although users can click on the arrows in the drop downs on a desktop, on Android cell phones, the drop down list is not displayed. The Android phones used for testing are both using Chrome for the browser. I have attached a copy of the file in case anyone is able to have a look and help me out.
Many thanks!
Hello everyone!
I have great news to share! We are no longer seeing this bug where Match and Sequence drop-downs are not working on Android devices running Chrome v81 and v87 when using our latest version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.72.29699.0).
Please let us know if you’re still noticing the issue, and we’ll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you in a support case.

Hi folks, this issue has been open for some time - just setting realistic expectations - should we expect it to be resolved, or avoid that design object ?
An update on progress and ETA would be lovely if it's available - thank you.
Hi Andrew,
Most of the affected users here were on a now outdated version of Google Chrome. Are you still experiencing the issue when accessing your courses using the most recent version of Android browsers? If so, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team so they can test the behavior that you are encountering. If they determine that you are being affected by a known issue, here's a quick look at how we tackle and prioritize bugs.

Hi Luciana, that's an interesting way to communicate it. Does this mean a bug has been located and fixed?
thank you
Hi Andrew,
There's a possibility that the bug discussed in this thread has been indirectly fixed by an update that was introduced in recent versions of Storyline 360. We regularly test existing bugs in newer versions of Storyline 360, and when we are no longer able to replicate specific issues, we communicate them with our users to let them know that updating will help address certain behaviors.
If you were being affected by the bug that my colleague Luciana mentioned, try testing the behavior using the latest version of Storyline 360 and let us know if you run into any issues!
