- What are character packs/bundles, and what are they for? Character packs let you connect more fully with learners by adding realistic, photographic characters to your courses. Each high-resolution character pack includes 140+ poses, plus torso and headshots. Perpetual licenses of Storyline and Studio shipped with one photographic character pack and 40 illustrated character packs, so you can add more than 47,500 combinations of characters, expressions, and poses to your courses.
- How do I install it? You'll need to use the link in your product confirmation email to download the character pack or bundle installer to your computer. If you get stuck, give us a shout. We're happy to send you the .zip file and download link.

If you have access to Articulate 360, the Content Library includes the character bundle plus more.
The Character Bundle was a separate download with our perpetual products. If you still need the Character Bundle, please send us your serial number via email to support@articulate.com and we can provide you with a Character Bundle download link.
