Please try importing your slides to a new project file to see if this helps address the behavior. If the issue persists, share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Thanks for the reply! I imported the slides into a new project file. When I open up my media library, it only shows the images that were actually being actively used (hooray!). I opened up the media library and imported an image. Image is in the library and not in use, but I can't delete it. So still bugged. I'll open a support case, due to the somewhat sensitive nature of the file / procedures.
