Decreasing arrow motion
I am trying to create an animation that demonstrates an arrow moving like a windshield wiper, to show an amount decreasing. In the attachments is the scale I am using and I want to put an arrow moving from the red, to the green in one smooth motion.
My only other idea is to have an arrow start at red, then fade to the green...

Yes, but I cannot figure out how to make it move from one side to the other.

You make a dial move by using triggers that change the variable that is associated with its position.

You can achieve that the Storyline way or use a JavaScript code to speed animation up and gradually slow down just before the dial animation is complete. Make sure you read what Judy has posted to learn how the dial does actually function. Check both ways - example below:
