Custom Focus order not saving
I am trying to create a custom focus order on a slide. I create the order and click save but when I go back to check the slide, the custom order was not saved.

That doesn't sound right! Is this happening with all of the slides in your project or just one?
If you can provide the .story file that you're working with, I'm happy to take a look. You can either add it to this public discussion or upload it privately in a support case.
