Creating True or False quiz in Articulate Rise and customize it?

I made a True/False quiz using the multiple choice block. The result is as follows:
I wonder if there is a way of a trick in Articulate Rise to create a one like this:

Using only the native functionality within Rise, no, it's not possible to customize these questions.
