Course pages loading half way down.

I'm currently working on a course that, when clicking on the next section/unit button, loads the next page half way down instead of at the top.

I can't see any reason as to why it has started doing this: I haven't changed any of the settings. Deleting and re-adding the button block provides a temporary fix but then the same thing starts happening again.

Any idea how to fix this issue?
