Convert .docx or .ppt to a modular online course with assessments

I know that the Articulate AI assistant is pending release, but will it allow users to upload an existing course document (.docx or .ppt format) and generate fully-formed online course modules with assessments?   Understandably, such an output would have to be carefully reviewed by human eyes but the question is whether this will be a feature of the new AI tool.  For that matter, are there ANY current platforms out there that perform this function?  Thanks.
