Content not visible in Knowledge Check (Review Mode) for another user
Hi all, does anyone know how to solve the problem below?
A colleague does not see this knowledge check in Rise 360 Review:
But when I open the review mode, I can see it:
Does anyone know how to make it visible for everyone? Or is this a bug that needs to be fixed?

What browser is your colleague using? Here's a list of our supported browsers. They can also try viewing the course in an incognito window to see if that resolves the issue.
If you're willing to share the Review link with our team we'd be happy to test it out. You can share it privately in a support case if that's preferred and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

He can see it in incognito mode, might be something in his browser :)
