Collaborating with other teams - Review 360 link management

Hello,

We are collaborating on a large course library (335 titles) with multiple versions of the same title, so being very organized is important to us.

We have noticed that we cannot share our Review 360 Team folders with the other Team account. Also, we have noticed when they click Review to refresh the link, the only option they have is to create an entirely new link.

We have added them as editors and managers, but this issue still remains.

Ideally, the link Publish to Review 360 option would allow them to Publish a New Version of Existing Item.

Is there a way to do this and I'm missing it?

    Hello Carli!

    Each team has its own Review 360 Team folder, so it isn't possible to share access amongst other team subscriptions.

    However, the people on your current subscription should be able to publish a new version of an existing course. The steps are documented here: Review 360: Share Items with Team Folders

    Thank you for the reply, Lauren. 

    I wonder if others would find the feature useful to be able to share Review 360 link publishing and keep the link the same. Hopefully others will find this post and make their requests known. :)
