cmi.interactions API calls vs suspend_data call in LMS reporting

Any luck? I'm trying for the first time to pull learner data from the lms and the code that works on scorm cloud is not working in our successfactors lms.
Thanks for the link but I don't know what cmi.interactions are so I wouldn't know how to write the javascript to talk to that sadley.
