Change language of sorting activity text

How do I change the language of the text that comes up after finishing a sorting activity that says for example "7/7 correct, start over again". Mine is in Norwegian but I want to change it in to ...

Hi,

This can be done by selecting an existing language rom the list, or by creating a different language Label set.

Path: Course / Settings / Labels /

Use the drop-down to select an existing label set, or

select CREATE NEW / Enter name / OK

Then edit the labels in the right-hand column.

I did this but it changed the language in all my courses. I've made several courses in different languages so is there any way I can change the settings only to the course I'm working on? Right now the new change that I've made has been applied to all my courses.
