Can Rise 360 change the status of a course to complete after a user have exhausted the number of quiz attempt allowed?

Hi John! There isn't an option in Rise 360 to manually set a user's completion status. Rise 360 sends a completion status to your learning management system (LMS) as soon as learners meet the completion requirement.

If you want your learners to still get a completed status even without passing the quiz, you may want to change the tracking or the reporting option when you publish your course. You can learn more about this in the article below:
