Can Rise 360 accommodate two characters in a scenario?
I'm looking to create a final interactive exam that would have a customer service representative talking with a customer, who is asking questions about our product. Does Articulate have any suggestions on how to do this?
Typically, the Rise Scenario block uses one character. That character asks the questions, and the user selects a reply. So you could have the character be the customer asking questions.
