Best way (if possible) to replicate a survey result

I'm attempting to create a simple survey type activity with true or false statements. What I'm hoping I can do is that for every T or F the user selects it will produce a total in the total boxes for True and False. My brain is swirling with how I might be able to create this but not sure the most efficient way, or where to begin...any videos I can watch? I've seen a few posts that come close to what I'm thinking but not quite there yet.

Ideally for every T or F they click it populates/edits the total for each one, but I'll accept having to click submit for the calculation to take place :)
