Begin Course button not working

A rise scorm file(2004, 4th edition) I uploaded to my LMS (Continu) 'begin course' button is not working for some users. I was wondering if someone can help me resolve this issue?

FYI

- Not all users are experiencing the issue.

- Newly registered and old users are being impacted.

- Advised users to use a different device and browser and they are still experiencing the issue.

    Sorry to hear your Rise course is not functioning when uploaded to an LMS!

    A helpful first step would be testing the file in SCORM Cloud. It's a virtual LMS environment we use to determine if an issue lies with a project file, or the LMS itself. If you test the lesson in SCORM Cloud and the 'begin course' button works as expected, then the issue is likely LMS-based.

    If the button does not function when tested in SCORM Cloud, please connect with us through a support case. We'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

  • Tested the scorm file in Cloud and it worked. So Must be the LMS.
