Articulate360 Update Issue
Hello, at my company we are having the attached issue when trying to update the Suite. I was asked the following question by our IT folks and am hoping I can get an answer:
Do you know what URLs or perhaps a cloud application it is reaching out to for the updates?

I'm sorry you've run into an error when updating Storyline 360. The best next step is to start from scratch by uninstalling the Articulate apps. I'd use the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter to do this. Then, you'll want to reinstall the Articulate 360 desktop app with admin rights. From there, you should be able to install Storyline, and if you run into issues, just let us know. It's also worthwhile to share the information here with your IT team on what ports and endpoints to authorize.
