Articulate Rise | Two black lines on Articulate Block
Hi all,
I would like to know if anyone is also facing the issue with the two black lines on top and bottom after importing the interactive block from Storyline on Rise module?

Articulate Support's reply:
This happens because the player frame was not completely removed.
To fix this, turn off the "Menus & Controls" to completely remove the player frame. See the screenshot.
