Articulate Is Making Internal System Updates

Hello! Articulate will be making updates to our internal systems from January 26th, 2024 at 5 pm EST through January 29th, 2024 at 9 am EST. During this time you will not be able to buy new subscriptions, add seats to your existing subscription, access our Knowledge Base articles, or use any of the Support and Contact Us forms. If you need assistance with any technical issues during this downtime, please post here in E-Learning Heroes or email us at Support@articulate.com. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

  • I just purchased a subscription (assuming that my trial documents would migrate - as stated officially by the company...) and ALL of my content is NO LONGER AVAILABLE (i.e., on my new Dashboard). Very frustrating to say the least as I just spent USD 1600...and need to edit the content today. Can you help??? rickpetersen@bluadvisory.net
