Articulate 360 product outage and what we're doing as a result
Less than two weeks ago, Articulate 360 had an outage due to failures in our infrastructure systems that support our platform. After detailed analysis, we're now sharing what went wrong, how we responded, and the steps we've taken to improve our systems and processes going forward, including updates to our testing process, our DNS infrastructure, and our incident playbook.

The biggest learning was our core DNS service was overloaded and we didn't have monitoring to identify it quickly.
There are lots of details on the specific causes and a full list of lessons learned at the end of the report here. We've made many changes to help ensure this doesn't happen again.
