Adjust table width - to avoid horizontal scrollbars -possible?

Is there a way to manually adjust the width of tables on a rise 360 page?

I have a table with different notions in the table cells. After I have changed a word to a longer word, the table shows horizontal scrollbars - which I would like to avoid (see screenshot).

I tried to find a way to adjust the table width, butt didn't succeed. Now I'm helping myself by splitting up the long word, which also doesn't look very good.

Any suggestions what I could do?

Kind regards,

Frank

  • Hi Frank,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing!

How did you create the table block? Did you type the text into your table or copy and paste it? Try removing all line breaks from the text within each cell. You can also resize the columns by clicking and dragging the borders to make them bigger. I created a sample table, and the text wraps automatically, as long as there aren't any line breaks.

I hope this helps! If you need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out here or privately in a support case.
