Users unable to view mp4 videos in Safari
We have discovered that our learners cannot watch videos in our e-learning courses when they are using the Safari web browser. Our courses are created in Storyline 360, exported as SCORM 1.2 and hosted on our LMS. Learners using Safari can open and navigate through the course. When they reach a slide that contains an mp4 file, they see a black rectangle instead of the video and the timestamp reads 00:00/00:00. They are unable to play the video. Users accessing the course on a Mac, but using Chrome are able to view the videos. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.Issue with SCORM 2004 (3rd edition) in Rise - Resetting on Review Mode
Hi, I’m creating a course in Rise and when I publish it as SCORM 2004 (3rd edition), I’ve encountered an issue: once the course is marked as completed, when I return in "review mode", the attempt resets, as if we hadn’t completed the course. Every time I enter, it counts as a new attempt. Does anyone know how to ensure that once the course is completed, when returning, all the slides are marked as viewed and I can freely navigate through the content?SCORM 1.2 Issue in Rise - Some Slides Not Marked as Viewed
Hi, I’m creating a course in Rise and when I publish it as SCORM 1.2, I’m encountering an issue: some slides that should be marked as “viewed” aren’t being saved properly when I return to the course. However, it does take me to the last slide I visited. In other words, it seems like some slides aren’t being marked as viewed even though I’ve already seen them. Hi Articulate Community, I'm facing a critical issue with Storyline360 where some of the slides in my training program are freezing during playback. The videos and quizzes work perfectly, but simple slides that contain animations, layers, and navigation seem to get stuck. This prevents users from progressing through the course, and the training program becomes unusable at this point. This issue is urgent because the program is scheduled to go live in just two days. I need help identifying and resolving the cause of the freezing slides as soon as possible. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any troubleshooting tips to resolve this? Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows what I could do to resolve this issue. I keep seeing all the items briefly flash at the beginning of every slide layer. I am not sure why this is. I've made sure these items do not have animations. I've made sure all transitions are "none." The slide properties that are currently checked are "hide other slide layers," "hide objects on base layer," and "prevent the user from clicking on other layer." The flashing is disruptive to the flow of the course because it makes it look like a slide header is reappearing over and over again when in fact, it is not. Could someone please give advice? 😁 I use Articulate every day and in the latest update you moved or replaced the my most used button "Format Shape" and replaced it withAI text sorry at the very bottom of the menu I find that Offensive,. I have clicked 4 times already by mistake OK your pushing AI and want to make money, but at the cost of productivity 😬 I'm saying this with a smile 😉 so not really emotional, but really that AI Text is in the wrong place please move it, better still give an option to turn OFF all AI options OFF I can not use them in my project due to IP issues. and I do not want the AI buttons in my way as I work in Articulate everyday.how to create a dynamic eLearning about software tools
hello, i would like to realize an onboarding course about microsoft 365. it should be an interactive, not boring eLearning about how we use tools like ms teams, sharepoint etc in our organization. unfortunately you cannot integrate atlassian confluence on efront. do you have experience in building dynamic eLearnings about fast changing software tools? i fear that we have to actualize the eLearning a lot if we just copy paste content from our confluence wiki... thanks in advance anna
