Hello! My company shares an Articulate subscription. We are regularly experiencing issues connecting to Review 360 for things like adding an SL block to a Rise course, or simply for publishing a Rise course. This is greatly delaying our progress and is a general frustration. We've tried using different browser and clearing our cache to no avail. Please advise.41Views2likes5CommentsPublish Review links in Team folder by default - Feature Request
My company has a Team subscription, when publishing to Review (from Rise/Storyline) we would like to set the default location for the Review link to be in the shared Team folder instead of the Private area for the person publishing. At the moment we have to manually move links into the Team folder after we have published. Does anyone know of a way to do this or is it a feature that could be added?31Views2likes1CommentArticulate 360 is down?

Hello all! Me and my team have been wondering about the best solution to handle the review environment of articulate storyline. For now, what we do is that when a client or stake holder suggests a change, we reply to that change with "done", to clearly state that this particular change is completed. The benifit of this way is that both the team and the clients can clearly see which changes have been completed and which one remain that aren't clear for example. The really bad thing of this is, that the client get's a ton of emails from the review enviroment. Thus for I have not been able to find a setting to turn of the mail notification frequency for the clients. Is that availdable somewhere? How do other people go about this? Do you make a general slide comment that the changes have been completed, then what do you do when one change can't be done? I would like to find a way that makes life the easiest for the client. I do not want to advice them or attempt to explain them how to create an email filter.27Views1like6CommentsReview 360
Hello, During several reviews in Review 360, my SMEs and I noticed that comments left in the Comments box do not directly align with the referenced section while in Review 360. In other words, because of the scrolling feature, it's sometimes challenging to locate the actual area of concern in the course that needs attention. Is there a way to make the Comment box and the area of concern static on the page?19Views1like3CommentsReview on Canadian servers anyone?
Hi all I'm doing more work with gov entities in Canada and it'd be awesome to have the option to host Articulate Review on a Canadian server, as most of them require all things be north of the 49th. If there's enough demand, would Articulate be open to doing it?5Views1like4Comments
