Utilizing Articulate Rise and 360 without a LMS tool

I have a team that is volunteering our time to create a training course for their non-profit group to train their clients on a subject. They do not have an LMS. My team is in the process or figuring out how we can incorporate the training course on their website and have the knowledge assessment test results emailed to an employee there. We plan on using rise and Storyline 360 to create the course.

Is there a way I can put the course on our clients website for their clients to use and perform a knowledge assessment at the end. The trick is how can I allow the employees to track their clients quiz to ensure the client is learning the material?

I think I heard something about embedding the course and set it up somehow that the quiz results are emailed to an employee. Is that correct?
