Unable to Review without Articulate ID

Hi,

I have published my file to Review 360 and got the review link that needs to be shared with the stakeholders.

The link is not allowing them to comment without a valid Articulate ID. Earlier we used to follow the same review process but since today morning everyone is experiencing difficulty in reviewing, specifically providing feedback to the file.

When they click the comment box, they were asked to enter the email address and then the link navigates back to the Articulate sign in page.

Can someone help us with this issue?

    Hello Saravanan!

    I'm happy to help! That is actually a setting that you can change on your end as the author. Open your project in Review 360, click the Share tab in the upper right corner of the screen, and check the box to Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment. Then copy the shareable link and send it to your reviewers. 

    Please let me know if your stakeholders are still not able to comment!
