Slides advancing
I have a main menu with buttons how do I get jumps to each module? And have articulate mark them with a tick to say completed?

Hi, Erika,
The easiest way to link a menu slide to modules is to add a trigger that jumps to the designated scene.
The "jump to scene" action goes to whichever is the first slide in the scene. And that means you won't have to edit the trigger if you move a different slide into the first position.
By default, when you insert a button, it includes a Visited state. A button will automatically change to that state when a user clicks it (unless there's a Selected state or a trigger that specifically changes it to a custom state). You can edit the button states so that the Visited state looks however you want it.
If you want to know more about programming a custom menu, I wrote up instructions in this post:

One of the comments also links to a demo file.
