Do we have any more information on this? This has been happening all morning today where it will get stuck in the "processing" status.

Thanks both for reaching out and I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. I'm not seeing this while working in Rise 360, so I have a few clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot.
- Is this happening with one specific course or multiple courses?
- What browser are you using? Does the issue persist in a different browser?
- Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
