Reviewing Existing eLearning
Hi All,
Looking to implement additional quality control with the introduction of an 'Annual Review' of all our eLearning courses.
- I'd prefer not to re-invent the wheel, so does anyone have a template for reviewing existing content? It would need to include items like
Check all links are working - Is content still current/relevant
- Has feedback been reviewed and actioned?
I found some tips here, but not an end product: https://bonlinelearning.com/how-to-review-elearning-courses/
Thanks in advance.

Hi Greg, Here's a fairly comprehensive list:

And the Elearning Guild also has a QA list. https://www.learningguild.com/ - SarahHodgeFormer Staff
Hello Greg! 👋 Great question! I created this course update spreadsheet to help keep track of changes to courses, but you can totally customize this as needed. This can easily be imported into Google Sheets (if you prefer and want to collaborate with others on it). Since you mentioned you need something for the review process, you can edit the title and columns to be more geared toward that instead of course maintenance. Just thought I'd share in case this works for your needs.

Thanks Sarah and Ange, two great resources and additional points to consider.
