Quizmaker Title is Incorrect in Word
When I publish my quizmaker file to word, the file name is incorrect and the title in the word doc is also incorrect.

Thank you for sharing the file! I also experienced this on my end with your file. Was that file name the original name of the file?
To alter this, I recommend either renaming the Word file or importing the questions into a new quiz and publishing them with the file name you'd like.
