Measuring personal success as an instructional designer

I've spent my career attempting to measuring the success of the training I produce, but what questionnaires/methods do y'all use to measure your *performance success* as an instructional designer/elearning developer? Do you create metrics around your performance success? For example, do you survey your stakeholders after your project has closed? Curious to hear what has worked for people and any advice you may have.
