I've been developing adult learning content for a year now as a Learning and Development advisor (secondment position) for a National NGO....
I have just started the Human Centred Design for Instructional Designers with Belvista Studios (based in QLD) https://creatorhub.belvistastudios.com/collections - I have been following their youtube channel for a while and found it very beneficial.
