Hangs on Cleaning up Temporary Files

Any idea why Presenter Studio360, while publishing, hangs when it is cleaning up temporary files?  I had this issue with another course and submitted it to Articulate Support.  This particular proje...

    I am glad too, just wish it would not have taken me so long. It would have
    been a huge time saver if I would have tried this solution first. ;) No
