Free or low cost hosting for SCORM content?

Thanks Ashley. My course is live on Articulate online (http://brandonclark.articulate-online.com/7906184485) and would be grateful for feedback from anyone reading this thread, :) however, to only use Articulate online to host a portfolio would be cost wasteful. I am thinking that SCORM Cloud would be the way to go.
Unfortunately Carl, people who joined dropbox in 2012 or later do not have a "public" folder.. apparently because they adopted a model that is similar to sharepoint. The problem is, when I post my Articulate web publish folder to dropbox and use the public link for the story.html file (like it says in a few online tutorials I have seen) dropbox will not launch the storyline flash environment. There is no document called presentation.html. SL2 launches from a file called story.html
