Course stucks and restarts

Hi, We have created an activity in Storyline 360, published it as a web output and inserted it as a web object in Presenter. The size of the web package is 115 MB when we insert it into Presenter....

Hi Shalaka!

I'm happy to help! I've tried to recreate this on my end, and I do not see the course get stuck and restart. In Storyline, what resume behavior are you choosing? Is it Prompt to Resume, Always Resume, or Never Resume?

I've recorded a quick 2-minute demo showing you what this looks like on my end. Let me know if adjusting the resume behavior works for your course!

    Hi Lauren,

    Thanks for the reply. The course restarts abruptly while running the course when I am on the web object slide . As mentioned earlier we have included Storyline interaction (37 slide interaction with 91 videos, audios) in the presenter slide. 

    The issue is faced on IE 11 and Edge browsers. The course running fine on Chrome and Mozilla.

    Just wanted to know if the web object size causing this issue.

      Hello Shalaka!

      Thank you for sharing these extra details! It's difficult to tell if this is a browser issue or an issue with a web object. I'd like our Support Engineers to take a look at your course to determine where the issue stems from. Do you mind sharing your file privately with their team in a support case?
