Automate review and maintenance of LMS library

Hi.

I am heading a project to review our learning offerings for decisioning around refresh, remove, redraft. This will be a cyclical task to ensure our LMS offerings are up to date, accessible with all functionality working. 

Its proving to be a huge logistical exercise. Is anyone aware off the shelf software or platform that can automate all or parts of this process?

  • Hi Megan! 👋 Thanks for posting your question here! Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but thought I'd share just in case. I created this course update spreadsheet to help keep track of course changes. This can easily be imported into Google Sheets in case you use that and want to collaborate with others on it. You can also edit the column titles to fit your needs.

    To help make sure everything is up to date, I also like referencing this E-Learning Maintenance Checklist, so I don't miss anything. 

    This is just one idea. Perhaps the community might have other ideas to share. 🤞
