Add expired trial user as a member to a licensed team subscription

Hi all,

I was wondering if it is possible to add an expired trial version account to an team subscription spot?

I have one free spot on the licensed team subscription and would like to add an account that is with expired trail. Is that possible or should this expired trial account be with licensed subscription as well to be added to the team?

    Yes, you can definitely add a user with an expired trial account. As long as they are not part of an active subscription, you may add them to a seat on your team.
