I guess I should have deeper insights into the 10 things I wish I knew, but the injury I experienced with my arm and neck this year, made worse by sitting in front of a computer all day, is top of mind. Save yourselves--make sure you have good workspace ergonomics. BTW, I think this is #443.

Hope you're continuing to heal and feeling better, Jodi. Did you change your seating or desk environment after your injury?
Looks like we did an ergonomics challenge eight years ago. It's time for an update. And speaking of updates, I updated the challenge number. I should add "schedule regular eye exams" to my list of lessons learned.

I now have a "grave yard" of pillows, braces, cushions, wrist pads, ergonomic mice, monitors, heated/cooling pads, and topical treatments that don't work. I learned to use my keyboard instead of a mouse for awhile. Add all that to the advice from the orthopedist, chiropractor, movement coach, massage therapist, physical therapist, stretch coach, and cryotherapy coach. I've tried everything except accupuncture, but that may be next. (I'm afraid of needles) All this just so I could be ready for the Pantone Color of the Year 2024 challenge next week!

- Yvonne10 months agoCommunity MemberI am glad to hear you're on the road to recovery, Jodi. Hoping the last 15% loads in as soon as it can.
Thank you for sharing your crisp and informative Rise Microlearning markered image example. I'm sitting a bit straighter in my seat right now.
