How to Handle Disruptive Training Participants:

For this challenge I developed an interactive table on how to handle disruptive training participants when you are facilitating a session in person. I was playing around with this topic using sliders, but the table worked out pretty well too. Personally I like tables for learning, but I find them hard to read on smaller devices.
My table is on slide #3--I set this up as a mini-course. My table is simple and I used clicks and layers to reveal the information.
I could use some help on my animated characters--I have some state changes and they seem to be hopping around a little bit in the hover and visited state. I would love some feedback if anyone has some thoughts on things I could have done better.

- nice one, damn I think I have been one of those too, and definately been in meetings with all of them at some point of time.
- I had a good laugh with this one. I am the worst training participant. I am every one of those examples except for dependent.
- LOL--I'm a facilitator and I've been them all myself too.....now you know all the secrets!
