Using Interactive Job Aids and Cheat Sheets in E-Learning #343

I am going to give the eLearning Job Aid topic some more thought. However, I would also like to share this 'virtual tour' job aid that I created for a new hire instructor-led training curriculum. I asked the trainer to display this virtual tour, and similar screen captures, using the classroom projector during role-play and other ILT activities. The 'real-life' location was still under construction while the new hires were being trained, but I wanted to provide an authentic way for the new hires to visualize themselves servicing their customers in the actual place where this would occur (i.e., not in the basement of the headquarters building inside a training room).
