Hi everyone
Inspired by the "labeled graphic" activity in Rise, I have created a similar activity in Storyline already before Storyline introduced the new Emphasis-Animations.
To animate the icons, I have used additional shapes with entrance- and exit-animations, triggers and the timeline.
However, I have adapted my previous version and created a second version using the grow-and shrink-emphasis animations.

May I ask why you are not using the markers? I believe they already have that animation. Kind of.

You are right, they do have some kind of animation. However, I don't like the style of the marker text boxes that much, that's why I decided to build it from scratch.
At least as far as I know, the marker text boxes cannot be customized that much.
Are you working with markers a lot?- maren_west8 months agoCommunity MemberI liked your use of the animations to make more customizable markers! I too find the markers limiting and usually create my own or use the markers but with layers rather than the build in text box
