What a fun challenge and so many great entries this week!
In this week's challenge, we played with timed quizzing. We understand that sometimes timer can create more stress or question can be complicated, therefore we let the learner choose how much time will be needed. The learner can choose the "fast and fierce" or the "chill-out" approach. Depending on the decision, the learner has 10 or 30 seconds to answer the following question.
Here is the demo - https://demo.fastercourse.com/storyline/FasterCourse_Timer_Quiz/story.html
And here you can see how we built it and download the source file - https://fastercourse.com/download/free-storyline-360-template-quiz-timer/

- JoannaLivermore5 years agoCommunity MemberLove this concept of choosing a fast or slow option :) I like the concept of a timer but I know the realities for learners are not as good (as people have talked about accessibility issues etc). Really like that this gives learners a choice,,

I agree, even if the timer option is tempting when creating games and exercises, we also try to avoid it :) And in this example, the timer can be taken out of the second option, and then the example would be more accessible for everyone.
