Pre-Boarding with ClickFirst

This challenge seemed like a good job for RISE. When I worked in the corporate world one issue we had with new hires is how to keep their interest between the day they accepted an offer and their first day. Sometimes 90 days would pass before they would start. We used to implement a communication plan to keep them engaged. My demo is a pre-boarding communication to get a new hire ready for their start date, with instructions on how to get their pre-employment paperwork out of the way and give them an idea of what to expect when they show up their first week. This lucky new hire is starting a job at an award-winning, hip ad agency. It includes every hip agency values and team cliche I could think of, plus my favorite hipster ipsum. Have a great week!

Fantastic. Welcoming, mindful, respectful, upbeat, engaging and all with a light but solid touch - 'you matter to us as you' comes across as authentic. In my experience of on-boarding modules that is a tough tone to convey and often comes across as inauthentic, or worse, an ulterior motive. For me, this demo is a great example of the reshaping of the employer/employee relationship that HRs are grappling with according to many an article, "as high-skilled workers gravitate toward companies that demonstrate a vision for maximizing the quality of the employee experience".
