Welcome to the Challenges! I wish my first demo was as strong as this.
I particularly like how the learner is prompted to consult the recipe again if they make a mistake.
The only thing I'd tweak is the contrast between the background and the animated foreground elements. Perhaps make the background out of focus during the activity? Or add an outline or drop shadow to the foreground elements?
