Design Your Own Koi Fish
Demo: https://bit.ly/3nfFNX8

I took a walk this afternoon and I saw a koi pond in a gift shop. I was drawn to all the different fish and it seemed like a perfect topic for the challenge. When I was researching what colors to use I read the colors have meanings, especially if used in tattoos: black (strength), red (intense love, bravery), blue (reproduction, peace tranquility), and yellow/gold (wealth). Interesting!

Love it! If only I knew how to use variables like this!
- JodiSansone4 years agoCommunity MemberNo variables in this one. :) Just clicks, triggers and state changes. HOWEVER, I did manage to remember a cool trick about how to convert objects into button sets--so you can only have one color selected for each part of the Koi. I think I learned this in an Articulate Live session--it is one of those features I don't use often, but it suited my needs and helped me avoid having to deal with a variable this time. The last time I did a coloring book was Challenge #190. I think I just downloaded the test file and knocked it off. :)
