You're welcome! I'm so glad to hear you're loving it. That's a really interesting use case! I think that for the solution you're suggesting to work, you'd need to set the course up on one computer and have each group do it one at a time. They wouldn't be able to all do it at once on their own computers and see each other's results.
Another option would be to have each team complete the quiz on their own computer and then take a screenshot of their results to show the other teams.
If you have an LMS, you could see if it allows you create a leaderboard, which would allow you to compare overall results between teams.
